This course provides an in-depth knowledge of all areas of the training cycle for those working in a training / HR role that is involved in identifying training needs, planning and designing training courses, delivering training courses and evaluating learning and development activities. It combines the content from our three courses, the Certificate in Training Design, Delivery and Evaluation.
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) has been designed to provide an introduction to teaching for individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE Colleges, Independent Training Providers and/or Local Authorities. It is a nationally recognised qualification and often the preference for employers to source as an accredited train the trainer qualification.
Level 2 CERTIFICATE IN SAFEGUARDING AND PREVENT (RQF)
Those working in schools, colleges, universities, and the wider training sector should be aware of safeguarding and the Prevent duty and how to include these principles in their day-to-day work practices. This level 2 course will give you a greater awareness of safeguarding and the Prevent duty, the responsibilities and procedures involved, and how to raise concerns effectively.
LEVEL 2 certificate in understanding specific learning difficulties (RQF)
Around 15% of people have a learning difficulty, which means they can find it harder to learn certain skills. If you're looking to improve your understanding and awareness of learning difficulties, this is the course for you. You will learn about a range of specific learning difficulties, including ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia. It's great for people working in a variety of sectors, such as healthcare, social care and education.
